Frequently Asked Questions

Online ordering opens each Monday. Meals can be ordered for pick up or delivery on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.
We are located at the Family Sportsplex complex – 2346 Mascoutah Ave. in Belleville. Our entrance is directly in front of you as you pull in the parking lot – look for the bright pink sign.
We deliver within 20 miles of our Belleville location. The cost is based on distance and is easily calculated at checkout. The range is between $5-20.

Deliveries are made between 4-7pm Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. We are open for pick ups on the following days:

  • Wednesday 4-7pm
  • Thursday 9am – 2:30pm & 4-7pm
  • Friday 9am – 2:30pm & 4-7pm
  • Saturday 9am – 3pm
  • Individual meals are packaged to be reheated in the microwave (containers are BPA free and microwave safe). Cooking times and temperatures will vary. Be sure to reheat your food to the safe temperature of 135 degrees.
  • Family meals are packaged to be reheated in the oven. Each meal comes with directions for reheating.
Lots of our meals can be frozen, just depends on the contents of the meal. Meals are labeled if they can be frozen.

Absolutely, our fridges and freezers are stock with ready-made meals to pick up during our Grab & Go hours.
