Prepared Meals
We take care of the planning, shopping, prepping, chopping, cooking, dishes and plating. You just heat (if required) and eat. Our meals are freshly prepared and stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Some of our meals can be frozen for later, it just depends on the contents of the meal. Most of our meals come in two sizes – family (4 servings) or individual. We offer home-style, low carb, vegetarian, dairy free & gluten free options.
New menus are released each Monday. Meals can be ordered for pick up or delivery for Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

Pick Up & Delivery
Meals are ready for pick up or delivery on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday between 4-7pm. We are located at 2346 Mascoutah Ave. in Belleville. Our building is connected to the Family Sportsplex but we have our own entrance directly in front of you as you pull in the parking lot. We also offer delivery to your door for a small fee. We deliver within 20 miles of our Belleville location. The cost varies based on distance, between $5-20, and will be calculated at checkout.
